Jen created My Moody Monster to help people with destructive behavior and mental illness to better cope with their frustrations. When they are better able to cope with their emotions, it is a lot less stressful for their family as well. Jen is graciously volunteering her time to read to your children and do some activities with each book to help them understand, from an early age, what to do when they feel these big emotions.

I Survived: A Historical Celebration

Please join us for a drop-in event from 12-5pm on Sunday, August 2. We are very excited for an afternoon full of games, activities, and more based on the bestselling books from Lauren Tarshis series: I Survived the American Revolution. It is sure to be a great time for children and adults of all ages.
